About the company
Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality professional tools for craftsmen, industry and specialist retailers. Quality, durability and practicality characterize the products as well as the close partnership with customers and sales partners worldwide. To further strengthen the market position in Northern Europe, we are looking for a dedicated Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) with sales experience in the Scandinavian market.

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for sales and earnings growth in the Scandinavian markets

  • Support and expansion of existing dealer and distributor relationships

  • Acquisition of new sales partners and end customers in the trade and industry sector

  • Implementation of product presentations, training courses and trade fair appearances

  • Market and competition monitoring and derivation of strategic measures

  • Close cooperation with the internal sales department and product management

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in technical sales, ideally in the field of tools, machines or craft supplies

  • Good knowledge of the Scandinavian market and intercultural understanding

  • Strong communicator, confident negotiator and goal-oriented

  • Willingness to travel within Scandinavia (approx. 50 %)

  • Business fluent in English, knowledge of a Scandinavian language an advantage
