About the company
Our client is an innovative, medium-sized company with around 200 employees that specializes in the development and production of high-quality switch and sensor technology. The products are used in a wide range of industrial sectors and stand for precision, reliability and technical excellence. In order to continue to drive international growth, we are looking for an entrepreneurial International Sales Manager (m/f/d) who will develop new markets independently and report directly to the management.

Your tasks

• Independently opening up and developing international markets

• Development and support of sales partners and key accounts worldwide

• Identification of new business opportunities and market segments

• Analysis of market trends and competitive activities

• Development and implementation of sales strategies in coordination with the management

• Participation in international trade fairs and customer events

• Close cooperation with product management and technology

Your profile

• Several years of experience in international B2B sales, ideally in electrical engineering, automation or sensor technology

• Strong technical understanding and enjoyment of products that require explanation

• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and strategic flair

• Willingness to travel (approx. 30-40%) and intercultural competence

• Business fluent in English, other foreign languages an advantage
